San Pedros Mexican in Greenville

We decided to stop by for dinner on our way to Atlanta from Mobile. We are so glad we did. For a Mexican restaurant, they had great, flavorful, inexpensive food. They had the best guacamole I have ever tasted! My husband loved the grill part. He ordered the House Special right off the grill. He loved it.

My family and I come here at least once during the weekend for our family eat-out dinner night. The food is great, we love the atmosphere and all the staff, including the manager, is always so incredibly sweet to my 6 year old son and always so polite to us in general. We have never had a problem here. We love San Pedro's!

Everything here was GREAT, SERVICE WAS FAST & FRIENDLY. FOOD WAS EVEN BETTER, only complaint we have is maybe bigger portions. We we're traveling back to Gulfshores & I figured let's give them a try. I'm glad we did and will be back!!!! 😉😉😉😀😁

We were driving through Alabama when we stopped for some food. Wasn't gonna be my first choice but I'm glad we stopped. Great service and delicious food. :) Would recommend!

Absolutely the BEST food in town!!! Huge selections served abundantly, homemade salsa & chips, and the Margaritas are fabulous too! The owners are super nice although language can sometimes be a barrier.

Food was delicious, service was great. Cesar was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed talking to him and he always made sure we were doing well. We definitely recommend it!

Very disappointed. The waitresses are super nice and attentive, but after three trips with my food being served cold...we're done for a while. The waitress notified the manager that my food was cold and instead of coming to talk to me, he avoided me for the next 30th minutes I sat at the table. He spoke with every other table and everyone new that came and never spoke a word to me until I checked out. At that point he didn't ask how the food was, apologize for it being cold, or ask if he could change anything. The one thing he did ask..."Where is your husband? Tell him I said hello." Unacceptable as much as we frequented the place. Sorry, San Pedro's and manager...everything was much better in the Spring when the other manager was there.

Because it was a different feel of environment and food was different as well

Great food. Good service. Laid back atmosphere

The quality of the food was excellent. The customer service was sub par. After we were seated it took about 10 minutes for our waiter (young Hispanic guy) to get our drink order even though the restaurant was near empty on a Tuesday evening. After getting our drinks, we were never given straws. We asked for lemons but was never given any. We were given dirty salsa bowls. Our waiter seemed very lazy and seemed to avoid us. The table next to us was filled with dirty dishes for the entirety of our dinner. I'm only giving 3 stars because the pregnant lady and the older gentleman were very nice.

This is one of the best authentic mexican restaurants I have ever eaten at. If you live in Greenville or are just visiting you need to go to this restaurant and try their very tasty flavors.

The portions did not match the prices. But their service was great!

Service is always excellent, food has always been way above part and reasonably priced. Why anyone in the area would ever go to Old Mexico I will never understand

Food is great and so is the service

The service is very slow, got drink order of teas and did not come back to take food order for 20 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting for food after ordering ask the man to make it to go and ordered 1 taco extra . 10 minutes. Later he brings food but not to go.. We ate and ask for Togo box had get up and go ask someone else and they promptly got it. And after all this time the 1. Taco to go was not ready waited 5 more minutes and he had put 2 on order. And never did any one ask if we needed more tea and we did . VERY SLOW

Visiting from Atlanta, prompt service. Nice space came during lunch for the buffet. Looks like they do not replenish trays...maybe once food goes out at eleven that's it. They brought me chips and salsa. Salsa was semi frozen not fresh made. Ordered a margarita w 1800, was mostly triple sec and ice. They state on the menu amount of alcohol basically not a real shot like 1/4 of an ounce. Ordered a supreme beef burrito. Burrito came soggy beans no seasoning Spanish rice may have been from a box. No offense to Greenville but this is a less than authentic Mexican restaurant. They make Taco Bell a four star. Pass.

Really enjoyed our meal here. All the food was made fresh to order. I was very impressed with the sauces too. Well worth driving a mile off of 65!

Service is really good. Price is very reasonable. Plenty of food for 2 to split on one order. Margaritas were not great. overall pretty good.

Best Mexican food in Greenville, AL. We love the California burrito topped with extra white cheese. The sweet tea is amazing....by far my favorite sweet tea anywhere. We love this place

There was a guy here that seemed to be doing everything himself don't get me wrong hee did everything well the food was fresh and the place was nice I would recommend this establishment to others thanks to that man he was awesome!!!!!

Stopped in for lunch on our 9 hour drive home from New Orleans and it was great! Ceasar was so friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious!! It's just a short 4 minute drive from the interstate, so if you're in the area, I recommend you give it a try!

It was alot better than old mexico

Great small restaurant. Been 3 times and had Chimichangas 2 times, the shrimp was very good. Slightly slow service but the people are super nice. Anna and Madison are both great servers, and the owner Caesar is a very nice guy. If your in the area I'd recommend this place.

Traveling through and found this great little place. Well worth the trip off I-65. Clean restaurant and courteous staff. Great food.
